Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Dabbzo app and this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.

What Dabbzo is

Dabbzo is a kitchen that cooks and sells homestyle meals, and an app to order them from. We are not a marketplace listing other restaurants — the food you order is the food we cook. Ordering happens in the app; this website exists to show you the menu and explain how it works.

Your account

You need an account to order, and it is tied to your phone number. Keep access to that number secure: anyone who can receive your one-time codes can use your account. Tell us if you think someone else has got in.

One person, one account. Please give a real name and a working phone number — the kitchen and the delivery rider use both.

Orders and arrival times

When you place an order, you choose an exact arrival time rather than a delivery window. Your thali is cooked to be ready at that time. We ask two things in return:

• Order before the cut-off for the slot you want. The app will not offer you a time the kitchen can no longer cook for.
• If you are dining in, arrive near the time you picked. Food plated to be ready at 1:45 does not stay at its best until 3:00.

Occasionally the kitchen may be unable to fulfil an order — an ingredient runs out, or the day's service closes early. If that happens we will tell you and you will not be charged.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in full in the app before you confirm anything, and the price you are shown at that moment is the price you pay. You can pay online or in cash when you receive your food.

Menu prices can change from day to day; a change never applies to an order you have already placed.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a booking from the app. Cancel before the kitchen has started preparing your thali and there is no charge. If you had already paid online, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to the method you paid with.

If something is wrong with an order you have received, open that booking in the app and use the chat — it reaches us with your order details attached, which is much faster than starting from scratch over email. We will make it right.

Dabbzo Diamond

Diamond is a monthly membership costing ₹199. It gives members free delivery, a surprise from the kitchen each Monday, and access to special festive meals. It renews monthly until you cancel it, and you can cancel at any time from the app — cancelling stops the next renewal and your benefits run to the end of the period you have paid for.

Service area

Dabbzo currently serves Kharar, Punjab. The app checks your address against the kitchen's current range before you order. We do not deliver outside it, and we would rather tell you that up front than take an order we cannot fulfil.

Acceptable use

Do not use Dabbzo to place fraudulent orders, abuse staff, interfere with the service, or attempt to access other people's accounts. We may suspend an account doing any of these.

Food and allergies

Everything Dabbzo cooks is vegetarian. It is prepared in a single kitchen where dairy, nuts, wheat and mustard are all in regular use, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free of a given allergen. If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes, and material changes will be flagged in the app. Continuing to order after a change means you accept it.
